Jan has been designing in Dallas since 1997. Every project is led by her personally — the person you meet at the consultation is the person on site at installation.
Where a project also involves construction, she takes on the general contracting too, so nothing is lost in the hand-off between the drawings and the crew. Prefer to keep your own builder? That works too — Jan will work alongside your contractor.

Chateau Concepts, LLC is registered as a general contractor with the City of Dallas, which requires registered contractors to carry general liability insurance. Certificates available on request.
